I added a window capture of my phone and on obs it has 6 second delay any help?? this is it impossible to stream clash of clans and my 3ds properly.

Window capture is the least performant of all capture methods in OBS on MacOS.
Not much more can be said without a logfile, but you would almost certainly be better off using a lightning-to-HDMI display adapter on your phone and plugging it into an HDMI capture device. I'm not sure how you're doing it now without a logfile.
