Question / Help window capture laggy

if im trying to stream thru a window capture its laggy but if I do display capture it works just fine.

any ideas? I tried very different settings but seems to be the same even the video resolution. here are my logs.

Yes. Use display capture. Window capture in MacOS is laggy because of how MacOS does windows.

Have you tried Syphon? Doesn't work on everything, but when it does, it's faster than window capture.

Haven't try that. Does it work like with OBS? Any ideas on how to set it up? Thnx!!!

It is included in OBS. Add a syphon source from the drop down, and choose Launch SyphonInject, then choose the app you want to inject, and choose that app from the properties of the source.

Requires an OpenGL app to work, and doesn't support everything, but when it works, it works as well as display capture performance-wise, but only captures a window.
