Hi all! I'm trying to stream xbox one to twitch through OBS and Elgato. when I choose window capture for the legato to capture the game its very choppy. however when i choose display capture its perfectly smooth. But display is a bit of a nuisence as I'm on a macbook pro and don't have dual screen so i can't have anything open on my laptop when streaming unless it very tiny in the corner and doesn't go infant of the elgato window. All my settings are right when looking at youtube etc. Help would be great! thanks!
