Question / Help Window capture IE11 is white and show tabs headlines

Hi!
I stream Internet Explorer in "Window capture" mode.
I tried to run as admin, in compatibility mode, streaming by OBS Classic and OBS Studio, changed the settings "inner window"
As result is white screen with headlines of opened tabs.
Anyone know how to fix it?

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox works fine.
Microsoft Edge show black screen (recently I find out why).
Only Internet Explorer capture is white.

Maybe OBS doesn't want to stream content? Because the neighboring tab with a list of frequently visited sites obs shows fine.

All tabs in IE are shown as white pages, except the home page of frequently visited sites. These pages in other browsers are displayed perfectly.
