Question / Help Window Capture has a giant white box covering 90% of gamefeed

Been running into an issue for a while now. (I'm on v23 64-bit but this has gone on for previous builds too) Where window capture isn't working when I try to use it with WoW. It shows a giant white box in the top left corner only showing a bit of the bottom and right side of the game (but even then its just a frozen image of the game) BUT I can see my WoW cursor moving around and changing as it hovers around different game elements (ie: cursor changes to a letter when hovering over a mailbox)

Example of what it looks like in OBS: https://i.imgur.com/NLCm2zs.png

I want to figure out specifically why window capture isn't working (game capture works but for my specific stream layout I sometimes double capture WoW and game capture does not let me have more than one instance of the same capture up at the same time.) I've tried restarting my system, running as administrator and so far have come up with nothing, hoping it's just something real obvious I'm missing, thanks for any help.

You can double capture a game by adding the second source by using the "add existing" option instead of "create new". If you need to crop one of these and not the other, remove all crop filters, since filters are global for each source references. Instead, press and hold the ALT-key and move the borders of your source. A cropped border will turn from red color to green. This will crop specific to one instance of a source only. If you need to apply more filters and don't want to have them on both sources, put the sources into different groups and apply the filters you want specific to one instance only to its group instead of the source.
