I'm trying to send a zoom meeting to Streamlabs OBS (tried regular OBS as well) for a stream. The zoom video is extremely choppy no matter how I change my settings. I've watched eveyr video and read every tip I can find and no luck. The notifications do not show any dropped frames however it looks horrible. Any suggestions? I know desktop capture is said to be more reliable but not sure how I am supposed to do that while also producing the stream live in OBS.
