I use MPC-HC for a window capture element, to display a shuffled playlist of short .gifs and .webms and .mp4s, as a second fullscreen scene (upscaled) for when I'm away from the computer. However, any other window which overlaps its position on the desktop will also be captured.
E.G. if it plays a 720p video file in the center of my desktop's first monitor, and I open Firefox as a maximised window on the same monitor, my window capture element shows a 720p-size region of my Firefox window (upscaled to fill the scene) instead of the video file I want it to display.
It looks something like this in OBS output: http://i.imgur.com/wFs373H.png
I accidentially uploaded two different log files. I don't think they're relevant for this issue, but there they are.
