Question / Help Window capture doesnt work with anti virus open?

Whenever i have my Kaspersky anti virus open, my windows captures doesnt work and i cant create new ones.

I even added it to "trusted applications" and it doesnt work

I checked all the marks in "Trusted applications" and it works now
