Window capture does not match bounding box

Window on the left is what I am trying to capture, on the right you can see obs. (i have added a color source to make it easier to see)

As you can see, the captured window is shrunk into the corner. The mouse is captured correctly and leaves artifacts where the window should be displayed.

I have not been able to find any thread that solves this :(

crop it the window have a transparent frame

ins the obs windows mark the source like on the picture hold ALT KEY press on the egde and crop the source ;)
I tried this before. However the mouse is no longer correctly captured. Then mouse capture believes the bounding box (before cropping) corresponds to the edge of the window.
When I crop the mouse and mouse movement are too large.

ps: this issue occurs not only for livesplit (window in image)

pps: realised you cannot see the cursor in the screenshot so i made this approximation;
