Question / Help Window Capture can't capture all the client in LOL

You can't use Game Capture on the lobby client, you have to actually use Window Capture.

We know with absolute confidence that window capture works fine on the lobby, and game capture works fine on the game. You are doing something wrong here.

Can you screenshot the entire OBS window with the window capture source selected?
 
Are you using any DPI scaling? The "Zoom" setting in windows display properties?

Right click your desktop -> display settings:

I do not fully understand, what exactly is it you want to do? Do you want to make the League Of Legends window to fit the whole screen? If so then the fix is simple. There are 2 different ways to do it. First way is to simply grap one of the circles in the corners and drag, other way is to just right click the window capture source, hover your mouse over "Transform" and click "Fit to screen"
 
I have try to change the size, in the display settings, i have the same issuse , @SweGamez , i want to have the entier client diplayed on obs , if you watch carefully , there is not all the client , it is only a part of it , the login isn't there and you know , look better.
