Bug Report Window Capture become Window Display when Aero is disabled

Hello!
I've found a bug in the 21.1.0 version of OBS.
I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate and I've got the Aero mode activated.
I wanted to stream NoxPlayer, an emulator but it couldn't be captured with game Capture or Window Capture so I had to do with Display Capture.
My stream was at 12 fps and after a little tweaking of settings, I discovered that turning areo off with OBS resolved the problem, enabling a stream with 30 fps.

The problem is I just figured that when areo is disabled, the Window capture acts like a Window Display. If I put another element in front of the window being captured, it is also captured. Like a Window Display.

This problem is quite troublesome for me. Could you try to resolve this bug please?
If you need infos, don't hesitate to ask.
