Hi, I have 2 Chrome based web browsers that I want to capture via Window Capture.
Window Capture 1: Google Chrome
Window Capture 2: SRWare Iron
They both have the same executable name: chrome.exe
Can you add a feature where we can capture a window based on its file path directory?
Example:
Window Capture 1: C:/chrome.exe (Google Chrome)
Window Capture 2: D:/chrome.exe (SRWare Iron or Chromium based)
Currently, whenever I restart OBS, the Window Captures forget which they are supposed to capture, or they both capture the first chrome.exe launched.
Not much luck, I've tried all Window Match Priorities:
- Window Title
- Window Class
- Executable Name
I'm using Windows 7 64bit - OBS Studios 0.16.2.
If you open up Task Manager, you see processes organized by:
- Image Name
- User Name
- CPU
- Memory
- Description
The Description is showing correctly for each chrome.exe processes.
- chrome.exe "Google Chrome"
- chrome.exe "SRWare Iron"
I guess there maybe 2 other ways to potentially Window Capture the web browsers:
- Capture via file path directory
- Capture via process Description
If you can add 1 or both of these methods, it would be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know if this isn't possible or if I overlooked something. Thank you!
