Hi,
I'm new to OBS. My aim is to record application windows for training purposes.
A typical use case for me:
I have an application window of arbitrary size on my computer. Could be any weird size, like 873 x 698 pixels. I like to record that specific window to a resulting video of same resolution.
In OBS it is of course easy to select this window as my source. But I fail to find a quick/automated way to set the output resolution to same as the window resolution.
I feel like I'm missing something basics. Is there no such feature to easily adjust the output resolution to the same resolution as a window?
I did find out that I can achieve my goal by manually set the output resolution (and canvas resolution) in the Settings. But this quite tedious. My guess is that there is some command somewhere which I fail to find! :-)
Thanks in advance for any replies!
