I recently bought a Dell 5000 5577 inspiration gaming laptop https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XFG7157/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, but when I try using window capture or game capture I kept getting a black screen or a screenshot looking screen (on window capture). I did the NVDIA control panel troubleshoot, but it's still not working. I was able to stream on twitch on display capture, but I don't like using that in the long run. Any help would be appreciated. I can't get the log right now until I get home, but if you need to see it let let me know.
