Question / Help Window Capture- All black (but Display Capture works great)

Hello everyone. New to OBS, tried to do Window capture on the application called Etcher (by Balena), does not work, it is all black. Did some research, nothing worked, however, Window Capture on other windows works great though. Any solution would be appreciated. I have also tried changing Windows compatibility, GPU- I'm using desktop with one NVIDIA card, nothing worked.
