Maybe it's just me, but when I tried Window Capture it didn't work. It still captured the whole desktop. I created a Window Capture source, and selected the window I wanted. It showed the red outline around the window I had selected. I recorded, and when I stopped recording and opened the file, my whole desktop had been captured. :(
