Window blocking access to the main UI

SHORT STORY

- A window from OBS try to display an error about sources missing.
- My projector is maximized (nb : not fullscreen) and "stay on top", overlaying the previous window.
- The error window is behind, and I can't click on it. So I can't click "CANCEL" to exit it.
- Major issue : I can't click on the window of the projector, neither on the main OBS window, probably because of a priority access wich force user to click on the error window first (and wich doesn't respect user's choice, wich is a problem).

Right clicks on taskbar "buttons" (corresponding to windows opened) to close them doesn't work.
The most ridicule thing is I even needed to restart my PC, because System Explorer (an improved version of the Task Manager) was opening on my second monitor where the projector is maximized and hidding everything, and I couldn't find a way to move it on the main screen (SHIFT+right click > Move window doesn't work sometimes, you don't know why, thanks to incompetencies combinating with each others...).

LONG STORY

It's been a while that this error window asking to find some missing source is showing each time I launch OBS. I can't solve the problem, because you don't provide a sources list panel in wich we could click on a source to delete it from all scenes where it's existing. I have about 70 scenes, I won't browse them all and scroll through all assets to find the missing ones, it would take too much time and energy. A panel to manage sources would be useful for this. So I just click "cancel" and it reappears each time.

Also, I often maximize my projector and move the properties panel of a source on my main screen when I'm managing my assets in a scene, like for example when cropping/resizing a screen capture source, to see correctly the effect in a bigger view (given that the canvas is too small, in between all the docks, on my second monitor wich is a 1440x900). It's also a problem that we can't undock the canvas and maximize it independently.

My projector are saved when closing OBS. When restarting it today, it just re-opened the projector as it was yesterday when I was testing things before going to sleep (I forgot to un-maximize the projector before closing OBS, I suppose).

In conclusion, I'm not responsible for the numerous problems conjugating in an ultimate issue.

SUGGESTION OF FIX

Allow user to still be able to click on any window opened, and present in the taskbar.
Delete any priority of a window "blocking access to others until resolved". Or give it the maximum of Z-index (to be above everything).
If you can't use the Z-index technic, just remove the "must click on it" priority, we don't need it. We're grown enough to be responsible of a stream starting with some ressources missing.

I went into the %appData%\roaming\obs-studio\global.ini file, and set this to allow me to launch OBS without having the projector opened :
INI:
SaveProjectors=false
Considered it "solved", but please keep in mind that there is some problems to fix ;)
