Question / Help Win7 or Win10?

I've been using Win7 and OBS studio for 7 months and now I got a new SSD and I've to decide if it's worth to upgrade to Win10.
I like W7 a lot but I'm probably going to do the upgrade, is there any advantage or disadvantage from a streamer point of view? (Right now streaming is the most important part)
Should I stick with something I'm sure is going to work or go for the upgrade?

From durability point of view: build the second system (to keep both W7 & W10) if this possible for you.
