Question / Help Win 10 - OBS Studio (Local Recording Frame Skips)?

Hi there,

I've recently done a fresh install of Windows 10 64x (from Win 8.1 pro 64)
Everything was running great on Win 8.1 but wanted to upgrade due to future proofing some games.

Been trying to local record in the usual manner, same settings I've always used without issue on Win 8.1, but upon reviewing the local recording both in WMP and VLC there's horrific stuttering.

I'm at a loss, currently, I've exhausted all things I can think of.
Posting this log file in case someone can see something I may have missed, a fresh set of eyes so to speak.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated, failing that I will have to revert back to Win 8.1

To note, local recordings of BF1
As stated no issues with previous OS
CPU useage within normal parameters, GPU temps/useage within normal parameters.

Tried other recording software and they have no issues, though obviously I want to refrain from switching recording mediums as I've been using OBS for years now.

OK, so I think I've figured it out.

Basically BF1 has various frame rate settings and it would seem that capping max frame rate at 144hz is not something OBS likes when it's being instructed to record at 60 fps?

I've set the framecap in BF1 to 60 fps but I've kept VSYNC turned off on the NVIDIA Control Panel and ingame.
It's smooth as butter now, slightly frustrating as having a 144hz monitor and not being able to utilise it seems a bit odd.

May still revert back to win 8.1 as the above remedy was not needed on that O.S and I was playing at 144 fps (hz) / and OBS recording at 60 fps without issue.
