Question / Help win 10 doesn't display the display capture (it shows black screen)

Dear Support Team,

I have win 10, obs 24

it shows black screen. it doesn't show the display capture.

i 've tried the compatibility 64 bit...etc. the windows still not activated, does this could be the problem?

I've literally spent the last four hours fighting with this very problem. I've read half a dozen forum discussions with roughly the same four suggestions. None of the suggestions fixed my issue.

I went to the game that was having the problem (others work fine) and ran it in Win8 compatibility mode, and suddenly it works. Give that a shot.
