Willing to pay for help. Videos uploaded to YouTube are not uploading as 720p

I have uploaded a video to YouTube and it was saved into obs as 720p but it uploads only at 360p on YouTube. Looking for help because the video looks terrible. I’m seriously looking to pay somebody to walk me through uploading a video to YouTube as 720p. Thank you
