Question / Help Will this Laptop be able to handle recording and streaming via Elgato Capture card I’m 1080p 60 FPS

my current Laptop can’t handle streaming or recording as it only has a AMD A10 9600p APU with no dedicated GPU, but this Laptop I’m looking to get for Christmas has a GTX 1050 4GB, I7 7700hq and 8GB RAM. I want to stream and record games in the max resolution with 60FPS using an Elgato Capture card with consoles such as PS2, PS3, PS4, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Wii U. Will these specs be able to handle my needs?
