Will OBS use additional computer resources if i'll turn on both game capture tools ([Any Full Screen App mode] and [Capture selected window mode])?

Or i should choose only one method to show my game?
Sometimes, i need to use second (window method) way to capture the game, because some of the games are not in FullScreen mode.

But i'd like to keep both methods on my source list for more convinient settings setup (fullscreen games will be captured automatically, and for rare window-mode games i will chose window by myself).

Will OBS use additional computer resources if i'll turn on both Displays capture tools for each display (i have 2 displays setup)?
My goal is to show only one display at the time, but sometimes i need to quickly switch to second display.

Or i should disable second display capture (eye button) to prevent high CPU/RAM/GPU load?
