Question / Help Will it stream?

I'm trying to figure out what are the minum hardware I would need for a particular setup.

I'm looking to live stream and record an event.
I will be using 2 USB webcams, most likely Microsoft lifecams 1080p or Logitech c910's at 1080p
2 or 3 Samson q2u mics
And a magewell capture card for piping in the output of a second computer.

Will a system nuc system with
A i5-4250u dual-core
Intel HD Graphics 5000
8 gigs ram
and a msata ssd

Would this machine cut it or do I need to source different hardware. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated

No way to tell without any information about what you plan to output. I doubt the CPU would handle x264 well but at least it supports Quick Sync for hardware encoding.

I plan on trying to stream baseline 720p.
I think I'll have 4000kbps available upload bandwidth.
The event I'll be doing this from is a conference. So I'll be using the cameras to show the booth and for showing people for interviews.

I may be able to get access to a machine with a i7-5500u or is it the Intel graphics that is really killing my performance?

Also I'll be doing this from a Fedora Linux install
