Question / Help Will it run?

I'm trying to build a budget stream PC out of some old parts I have from my last build. I'm just not sure what CPU I should get..

I'm looking to spend about $100 and thinking about a Pentium G4500 or even Celeron G3900. Might look for a used skylake i3/i5/i7 as an alternative. Planning on encoding with the GTX 1060 I have, just concerned about the program running smoothly.

Just took a look, I could get a used i5 6600 for about the same price as a new G4500 after tax and all. Think I've made up my mind..
