Will it encode 1080p?

I am picking up a new camcorder today for livestreaming. Its outputting full 1080P. Will an nVidia Quadro 620 have the horsepower to encode that to Youtube in real time at 30 or 60 FPS?

If not what do you think the minimum card required would be?
