Question / Help Will I be able to stream?

I will get a better PC soon and I want to know if I will be able to stream games at least 720p.
CPU: i5-7400 3.0 GHz
8GB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580

I'm asking this since my current pc is a potato and I can't even record with OBS. Also it is easier to stream than to make a video :P
 
You should be able to stream with this PC.

However, streaming is mostly based on your internet speed connection. You would need atleast 3Mbps upload speed to stream 720p, 30 fps. If you do have that, then you should be good.
