Will Core i7 3770K, GTX 1050 TI and 16 GB RAM be enough for Elgato 4K60 Pro MK.2 at 1080p 60 FPS streaming?

Hello friends.
I have Core i7 3770K, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti and 16 gigs of DDR 3 RAM. I’m planning to buy Elgato 4K60 Pro MK.2 and stream at 1080p 60 FPS. Mostly, I’m gonna capture gameplay from my PlayStation 5 and put some overlays on top of it, but, of course, I also wanna stream my desktop as well from time to time (browser, text editors etc). I’m never gonna use this pc for gaming and streaming at the same time, only for streaming. The main question I guess, is will my i7 3770K be enough for 1080p 60 FPS streaming, since the rest of the components seems just fine? The only task my rig will do is taking care of the stream, so I thought, since my GTX 1050 Ti will take a lot of load and use its encoder, it’ll be easier for my cpu, so I’ll be able to get away with the fact that it’s a 3rd generation i7 cpu, instead of 6th, like Elgato recommends.

And a second question: will my pc be enough to capture pure video stream without overlays via that Elgato’s Stream Link functionally at the same time?

Will my rig satisfy these needs? Thanks in advance guys :)

My I7 3770K with GTX 1660 (or 1050) working with BMD mini recorder 4K and second Avermedia 553, 1080p50 working, but 4K25p got some drops.

Now i don't remember, because i got faster CPU (for streaming i use I5-7500, I7-6700, I7-9750, I7-10750).
On I7-6700 i send 2 streams from 4 cameras 1080p25 (2 cameras per stream) CPU <55%.
