Don't be afraid to ask questions; we are here to help.
Create another thread, and then post your log there. Without the log, people trying to help cannot describe your problem. The log will make it significantly easier to define your issue, and if it is a bug, then we will get it reported and fixed.
To find your log, close OBS Studio, relaunch it, then go to the Help tab in OBS, not the MacOS Help tab. Under the Help tab, you can find the "Upload last log" option. This will give you a link that will contain your log, and you can copy that and paste that in your thread.
