Question / Help Why would this be happening

So whenever I try to use the AMD encoder for obs my stream goes all green an purple an looks distorted. I tried posting an image but the forum has said the image is to large to process. I have it set to 1080 p 60 fps with no downscaling 4500 kbps. This works fine with x264 encoder but for whatever reason the AMD one ruins the image
