It only happened when I'm using HDMI audio output, when using on-board audio and external DAC-- changing system volume doesn't affect OBS desktop audio volume at all. I wonder why is that? Is there a way to prevent it from happening?
note: When I was changing system volume my mouse is at the top but the volume info is at the center bottom. The first test is using on-board audio, I was changing the volume up and down and it doesn't affect the recording at all. And then I unplug my earphone from the motherboard, which stopped the audio, then I plug my earphone to my monitor. Notice the audio is very low until I increase the system volume.
