I posted a pretty detailed thread about how to get more reliable audio working in OBS Linux from Dazzle DVC100 only to have it "marked for moderator approval" then disappear.
What was so offensive about my solution that it needed to be deleted? Was it because it clearly identified a reproducible bug and I stated so? I spent a LOT of time coming up with the solution that others have not and for me my solution has worked 100% of the time so far.
People have no desire to contribute to communities where their posts are deleted by moderator for what seems like no reason.
Also I see nowhere more appropriate to post this as there is no sub forum relating to forum issues.
