Why video is stuck?

After the first time I installed OBS (without changing any settings), I just double click on the OBS icon and use OBS to record screen, it worked fine for the first few times and the video recorded was good.

Today during recording everything seems fine but after I stop recording and review the recorded video, the video was not normal, some areas are stuck (like a pause) and the audio was normal, which means many video portions are missing and only showing a stuck image. After this incident I try using OBS to record a new video again and it worked fine again.

Restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of no less than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Look in Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
