Question / Help Why streaming on Twitch is dropping frame but Youtube is fine?

x264 Veryfast / fast
CBR
1445kb bitrate
960x540 @30p

This setting is Framedropped on Twitch. But Youtube is very fine

Location : Thailand

What is a Problem???
