Question / Help Why my stream keep buffering?

Hello everybody, i'm having some issues streaming to twitch, im currently streaming to Los Angeles,CA server and i'm from Sao Paulo,Brazil.
i did this speed test to test my connection quality with a server near Los Angeles,CA

And i also did this speedtest to test my connection quality with a server near me.

Well the log must tell you guys my obs configuration.
Anybody could give me a hint to improve my stream quality?

Okay for 1080p@30fps streaming what you suggest for video bitrate?

Given that you don't have transcoding options on your twitch stream, I don't recommend streaming at 1080p30.

720p30 with a video bitrate that doesn't exceed 2000kbit.
