Hi!
I'm trying to present the maximun quality for my stream. I saw tons of tutorials on youtube about settings and saw a lot of different streams, but the quality of my stream is worse with same settings. During some action scenes (fortnite = 1 big action ) i lost all my quality
Can you please reach me the highest quality?

Here is the link to my little VOD

A bitrate of 6000 at 1080p/60 is not enough for high motion games with a lot of details. Test how it looks with 720p/60 or 1440x810/60 or 1600x900/60 at 6000 bitrate

i tried, it looks better, less pixelated problem.
But still, i saw tons of streamers, with worse hardware, but their streams looks better. And its not dual-PC stream or 264
720p VOD

The 2nd video is at night and not on grass.
Your video is on day and on grass. Both is by far less compressable.

Honestly your second one doesn't look too bad to me. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with what Fortnite is supposed to look like in PvE ?
Can you try 3 things?
1 - Change your YUV mode to 709 instead of 601.
2 - Try changing your preset to "Quality" instead of "Max Quality" AND untick lookahead and psycho visual tuning. This might make it worse, so be prepared to change it back, one setting at a time.
3 - Try using QuickSync instead. At 6Mbps QuickSync can often outperform Pascal NVENC. You may need to enable it in the BIOS. See below for a test I did recently.

Its not the main point, and it doesn't affect on the quality on stream. Just look how my buildings are pixelated in these VODS

I will try them, but I will not try QuickSync. Firstly, I really afraid to broke my pc, and still believe than I can stream 1080p 60fps with a good quality. like others.
I have
i7-7700K
GTX 1080ti
200mb upload speed
how I can setup my stream for best quality?

Also, when I streaming in SLOBS, my quality is on another level. here is some highlight from my SLOBS stream

nah, I mean day or night in game)
This makes an difference too how good the video is compressable, yes.

But of course it may also be other factors like encodesettings etc. Maybe you have an OBS log of the old streams and can compare?

haven't got one :(
But I remember some settings, its almost the same, but my CBR was like 60 000 (I'm streaming for twitch) and twitch downscales it to 6k bitrate
In Latest OBS you can't set higher bitrate without enforce streaming service encoder settings ticked
