Why my push to talk works in any screen EXCEPT of OBS?

Hello everyone. I am using my shortcut key for the activate microphone. It is working in any window. For example it works on game, when clicked firefox tab, any of the folders, notepad etc etc but NOT ONLY on the OBS window.
When i click on the OBS window, holding my shortcut key not activates microphone. Why?

Most likely you have the option set to disable hotkeys when OBS is in focus.
