Question / Help Why is the video output so laggy?

Made a short little video showing the problem. everything is pretty good untill i watch the video and it records at very low fps. Can I change this?

Im recording 3440x1440 and have set output to the same.
60 FPS
20,000 bit rate

The i7 6700 CPU is overloading,

You look to be streaming at

11:03:20.827: width: 3440
11:03:20.827: height: 1440

@ 60fps?

Downscale the output to a lower res, or you could try turning down the x264 cpu preset to superfast or ultra, failing that drop the res / fps. Given you are streaming to YT at a high bitrate you could try using nvenc but even with 24000 bitrate due to the res its wont look great.

Oops that may be the wrong file i uploaded, didnt mean to stream, just trying to record a video

For local recording you can try CRF mode of the x264 encoder.
