Why is OBS capturing my game like this? I don't have this issue when recording any other game.

Please post the image in here, not on an external site.
Look in the game's graphic settings the aspect ratio and resolution.
Also please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

Also don't have a Display and Game capture in the same scene
The log will show the canvas resolution and your game resolution Looks like you need to make them the same or stretch the Game to the Canvas
