Why is my Streamlabs recording pixelized or something

my specs are : 3070, and a Ryzen 5800x
I dont know how to explain it but everytime i record the video doesnt look as high quality as other people's recordings at 1080p. Not sure what Im doing wrong and I'm pretty sure my system is beefy enough to record at that resolution. much help is appreciated.

Streamlabs OBS [SLOBS] is a derivative version of OBS Studio, with the front-end hacksawed off and a webpage slapped over the top by the Streamlabs folks.

You should reach out to Streamlabs <https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us> for support with their forked version.
