Why is my stream when I play New World and I move it pixelates but I stay still and it looks great

I don't understand what's going on with my configuration I have 100mb of upload internet an RTX3070TI a Ryzen 5600x processor and I stream at 6000 bitrate but when I stream New World the stream when I move is pixelated but I stay still in the game and it looks great I really don't know what else to do I've tried all the videos on youtube but nothing works.

What resolution are you streaming at?
Anything above 720p at 6000 bitrate will cause the stream to pixelate.

Think of it this way
You have canvas (pixel resolution size) that requires 4 cans of paint (bitrate) to cover the entire canvas
(each can is 2000 bitrate)

You require a total of 8000 bitrate
Twitch will only allow you 6000 bitrate
You only have 3 cans of paint available to you
You cannot cover the entire canvas...

Use a smaller canvas, you have more paint to cover the entire canvas and some left over to make the picture look even better...

OK I got carried away, a little bit there but you get what I'm trying to say (hopefully)

hahaha of course I understood you perfectly my brother, I am transmitting at 1080p 60fps what do you recommend 1664x936 6000 bitrate or do I necessarily have to go down to 720p so that the image looks as good as possible without pixel distortion

By the way, that only happens with that type of games like new world that have so much vegetation and other things, thanks, is that correct?

720p / 864p / 960p can all provide decent results depending on the type of game you are playing.

I've stream New World in the past with decent results @ 864p 6000bitrate

Obviously you'll understand the faster the game (FPS, Simulation etc) the more data per frame the composition has to use, I would suggest using 720p for any of the above genre of games.
