Question / Help Why is my stream stuttering/lagging when im moving?

Hi these are my logs, any settings that are wrong or anything? Because i really feel like my pc and internet is capable of streaming without these kind of lags. I started 2 days ago finding stuff out and what settings to use. I stream mostly overwatch and the problem with my stream is that it stutters and lags SO BAD. I tried standing still just watching bots fly around to see if there were any lag or stutters but there wasnt. It only starts to super lag when i move or do anything at all. PLEASE HELP

Enable vsync or the frame rate limiter in Overwatch. You may also want to check your CPU usage and temperatures, you're getting a lot more encoding overload than I would expect with those settings (even without vsync it should be your GPU that's overloaded, not the CPU).

limiting my fps fixed literally everything lol. Thx so much for ur respone bro!
