Question / Help Why is my sound going in and out while streaming to Facebook?

I uploaded a scene as an mp4 the sound works perfectly fine on the editing program I used and while watching it on OBS but when I stream to Facebook it goes in and out. Also, on OBS I can see that the audio is going in and out not often but it's definitely jumpy. can someone PLEASE help!
