So i need help with video recording
I have a problem with obs, it seems when i record video game footage with it, it turns out choppy and likes to freeze, but.... When i record with the amd relive it is smooth af even though the obs setting is set to h.265 HEVC and the bit rate is set to vbr with max of 30000 bitrate and for the amd relive is the same except the max bitrate is set to 50000 both are 60 fps. Can anyone help me, it seems like obs doesn't like my rx 580 nitro + and btw i have updated my drivers to the latest version.
