Why is my Gpu spiking when using Obs?

So i have a RTX 3060 so not the worst Graphicscard. When i open a game and play it my Graphicscard is idelying at 10-20% ussage.(I play Ark survival evolved) but when i open obs it suddenly peaks at 90%, if i am recording mostly 100%. So the recording is very laggy and not 100% sharp. Is it normal that obs is taking so much of the Graphicscard and why is that? Programs like Geforceexperiance are not taking half as much while recording.Is there a fix for that?(I am german so pleas don't surprised by my spelling)

I am sorry my friend idk what happend. It fixed it self. I was in holidays for a weak and after i came back it worked out some how. I am sorry i dont have a fix for it
