Why I dont have Nvidia encoder with RTX 3070

Hi everyone,

I want to record high reasolution gaming videos, but the results keeps coming out either with very low fps or reasolutions. So i think the problem might be because of the encoder i'm using, but when i tried to change it in OBS i cant see the NIVIDIA NVENC option(I have a RTX 3070 graphics card that supports NVENC), why is that.
Very confused right now.

Simple output mode should list nvenc h264 for streaming (and possibly nvenc HEVC if you're using youtube HLS as your service)
It should also list nvenc h264 and nvenc hevc for recording
