Question / Help Why does my stream not look as good?

I watch partnered and non-partnered streamers, and they all seem to have great quality but mine is just " ok " and i'm wanting/trying to fix that. I'm streaming Console Games with a Avermedia Live Gamer Portable it uses stream engine to work with OBS, I think that, that is the problem but I'm not sure, so hopefully you can help. :)

720p 60FPS because of FPS

what you mean with "ok"? your settings are totally fine. the only thing you could use lanczos filter but i dont think it has a big effect. if you mean the fps, the log shows that your capture card only transmit 30fps. maybe you should change this to 60fps if you can for smoother gameplay. i dont exactly know if this capture card is capable for 60 fps. if so you should just stream in 30fps. i doesnt make much difference to stream a 30fps source in 60 or 30 fps.
