Question / Help Why does my stream lag?

I recently bought a brand new pc, and I would like to know why does my live stream lag for the spectators?
I bought an i7 3770k and a gtx 1060 6gb.
Maybe I made some bad settings? Some tips on how to set up my obs? Thanks!

Your cpu usage is to high, you can it the cpu usage preset to ultrahigh in the settings menu (the higher the preset, the less cpu).
