Question / Help WHY does audio stutter with 1920x1080 cam?

Hm?:) On xsplit I got audio desync, on OBS studio I got audio stuttering. I guess this is the same issue but different symptoms? If I change resolution to 1280x720 everything is back to normal, I even can connect second webcam with 1280x720 resolution (I use C920).

What is causing this problems? Webcam? Windows? Something else?

But usb bandwidth would slow down WHOLE OBS? Like I can understand that camera can stutter for example (but it does not in skype/etc so again, why in OBS?) but why whole OBS/Scene? I even had extra USB 3.0 device because someone said that usb bandwitch is causing desync... it didn't help. Are we sure that it is USB/motherboard/camera based issue? Maybe it has something to do with OBS not handling too many high quality sources? But again I used to work with two 1080p avermedia cards and everything was ok...
