It's come to my attention that some games have huge issues with capturing and recording if their frame rates are not the exact value of the OBS recording while with others it's no issue whatsoever.For example with CS:GO,League Of Legends,Dota 2 and Overwatch I can keep the framerate what my refresh rate or uncapped if I wanted to and OBS would not have issues.While with games like NBA 2K19 and FIFA 19 if the FPS is not the exact value of the recording (60fps) or double that without frames dropping (120fps) the recording would stutter like crazy.Problem is I have a 1440p 144hz monitor and in NBA 2K19 I can't get 120FPS constant framerate and the moment it dips slightly the recording starts stuttering like crazy.It's not an encoder overload because I have 0 dropped frames and because in a game like FIFA my GPU utilization never goes above 50% as it is a light game.There has to be something with particular games - either a V-Sync issue or an API issue that causes recordings to stutter if their not at the exact frame rate of the recording.Any ideas?
